Celina Rosas
Director of Business OperationsCelina Rosas Y Belgrano has over 10 years of experience leading the business operations role with startups in a wide range of industries, including software, nanotechnology, consulting, education, and telecommunications.
Prior to High Start Group, Celina worked in business operations for startups and high-growth companies in the Boston area, including A123 Systems and Comverse. Celina’s expertise lies in establishing all necessary processes and procedures for a company to maximize organizational effectiveness and attract top candidates. She has been responsible for the roles of human resources, recruiting, finance, accounting, and administration.
Celina holds a BS in Marketing, Entrepreneurial Studies, and Communications from Babson College.
Celina has been a Harvard Administrative Fellow since 1997.
