Job Description
As a Practice Leader at High Start Group, you will become part of the management team at our fast growing consulting firm, with an opportunity to shape and drive a unique service. Your responsibilities will range from creating new client engagements to managing the resources involved in delivering outstanding results. You will work closely with senior executives, many times directly for the CEO. You will create new strategies, identify new market opportunities, and help clients create the best products for their customers. You will be expected to become the trusted advisor to the client CEO. This position calls for an innovative strategist with an entrepreneurial approach.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience defining and marketing consumer or SMB products
- 3+ years in a consulting or marketing agency
- Outstanding ability to define, execute, and analyze primary research
- Proficiency in statistical methodologies (factor analysis, cluster analysis, etc.)
- Entrepreneurial experience is highly valued
- MBA from leading business school
