Inbound / Search Marketing Manager

The Inbound Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing inbound marketing functions for High Start Group clients, from planning to execution and optimization. This is a part time position (~20 hours per week) that could grow to full time.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Design, implement and manage online marketing programs that drive awareness and online customer acquisition
  • Develop and drive search engine optimization (SEO) programs to increase organic search rankings
  • Create, manage and optimize SEM, and PPC strategies
  • Research, test, analyze and optimize target keywords, online ad copy, landing pages and creatives
  • Develop and modify bidding strategies
  • Analyze website traffic and identify visitor trends
  • Drive website content and navigation improvements as needed to optimize conversion
  • Work closely with software development and product management do drive a cohesive online user experience throughout the prospect lifecycle
  • Develop and manage metrics and budgets; understand and implement coding schemes for tracking
  • Drive inbound link-building initiatives
  • Drive corporate and product awareness on social media sites and other business communities
  • Support development of marketing and online sales automation programs though the use of marketing automation tools and repeatable processes

Qualifications include:

  • Direct experience building and managing inbound marketing, SEO, and SEM/PPC campaigns, particularly in a B2B setting
  • Active participation and experience with social media sites and tools to drive traffic
  • Proficient with web analytics reporting and marketing automation systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Understanding of both user behavior and statistical testing methodologies
  • Highly-motivated, self-starter that is comfortable taking high-level direction and executing
  • Thrives in a small team, wears many hats and enjoys great startup environments
